At our store, we strive to ensure the highest quality standards for all our products.

 

1. No Return Policy

Please note that we do not offer returns on any purchases. All sales are final.

 

2. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only under the following conditions:

•The product received is damaged or defective, or

•There is a size mismatch.

 

To be eligible for an exchange, customers must record a clear parcel opening video starting from the unopened package and showing the complete unboxing process. This video is mandatory for verification.

 

3. Time Frame for Exchange Requests

All exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

 

Important:

•Exchange requests without a proper parcel opening video will not be accepted.

•The video must clearly show any defect or issue with the product.

 

We reserve the right to decline any exchange request that does not meet the above conditions.
